This is where you get a chance to view all the artists up for financing to decide which artist you want to support. Each Showcase works like this:
- Every member on the site gets one vote for their favourite artist in the Showcase.
- Every time you vote you can indicate whether you would like to help finance the making of that artists album.
- If the Artist receives enough overall support you will get the first opportunity to buy a Backstage Pass in them for £5.
- Whatever happens, the artist with the most votes is guaranteed a minimum of £15,000.
- All other artists in the Showcase then have 3 weeks to drum up additional support to enable them to move onto financing.
- At the end of the Showcase all artists with enough 'indications of finance' move forward to Financing.
It is only by backing your artist by buying Backstage Passes that you can become involved in the making of the album and get a free copy plus an exclusive chance to share in the financial success of the album by buying discounted tradable Contracts.
